Over the past 10 years, it has been a true privilege to grow my practice within the Golden community. Through this time, I’ve deepened my understanding of how to best support those who seek my care, while also refining an approach that reflects the care, presence, and integrity I value in this work. As my practice continues to evolve, I am committed to offering care that is both sustainable and deeply supportive. In honour of this—both for you and for the longevity of my practice—I will be refining my session offerings.

Beginning June 1, 2026, all appointments will be 75 minutes in length. This allows us the time to connect around your needs and intentions, enjoy a full 60+ minutes of hands-on therapy, and have space at the end for integration, reflection, or closing discussion . As of June 1, 2026 the new rate for a 75 minute appointment will be $160.

I also want this work to remain accesible. If cost feels like a barrier, please feel welcome to reach out to me discuss options for financial consideration. Thank you for your understanding, and for the trust you place in me. It is truly an honour to support your health and ongoing self-inquiry. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly by email at somabodyworks.info@gmail.com, or call/text 250-344-1876.

Thalia has been working as a BC Registered Massage Therapist since 2015. She completed her training at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge, Ontario. Originally from the Ottawa Valley in eastern Ontario, Thalia grew up on a small-scale organic farm. Her upbringing nurtured an appreciation for good food, physical wellness, and the outdoors. This lead her to pursue a science degree in Human Kinetics, which eventually proved to be a great compliment to a massage therapy practice. Guided by her intuitive approach, her treatments are based around Swedish massage, Craniosacral Therapy and myofascial release. Thalia places strong value in complementary health care that empowers individuals to be an active part of their own health and healing process. Thalia is eager to continue learning and expanding her knowledge and skills in order to help people better develop an awareness of their own potential of well-being. Thalia has completed her CST1, CST2, and SER1 in Craniosacral Therapy through the Uppledger Institute.
